Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. (the Company) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 21, 2019 (the Annual Meeting). The following is a summary of the matters voted on at that meeting.
a) | The stockholders of the Company elected Caroline Dorsa, Perry Karsen, and John M. Leonard, M.D. as class III directors, for a three-year term ending at the annual meeting of stockholders to be held in 2022 and until his or her successor has been duly elected and qualified or until his or her earlier resignation or removal.
